Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them at any time.

01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites function, remember preferences, and understand how they are used.
02Categories and the tools in each
- Strictly necessary — required for core functionality, security and remembering your privacy choices. Always active; no third-party tools.
- Site personalization — remembers your preferences and powers Calendly (scheduling) and Mailchimp (newsletter). Loaded only with consent.
- Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization) and Hotjar. Loaded only with consent.
- Marketing — LinkedIn Insight Tag, YouTube (privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie) and Google Maps. Loaded only with consent.
03How your region affects the experience
We adapt the consent experience to your location. In the EU, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR) and in Brazil (LGPD), nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies loads until you opt in, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
In Australia (Privacy Act 1988), New Zealand (Privacy Act 2020) and Japan (APPI and the Telecommunications Business Act), we also ask before loading any non-essential cookies, with “Essential only” offered as prominently as “Accept all”.
In the United States (CCPA/CPRA and other state laws), you can opt out at any time by choosing “Essential only”, including through a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control. Elsewhere, we provide clear notice and full controls.
04Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we automatically honor it as an opt-out from non-essential cookies without requiring any further action from you.
05Managing and withdrawing consent
You can accept all, choose essential only, or set granular per-category preferences at any time using the control below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent is always as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately — revoked tools are unloaded and their cookies cleared.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
06Record keeping
Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for up to twelve months, and we keep an anonymized, auditable record of each consent decision (never including your IP address) so we can demonstrate compliance. When our cookie policy version changes, we ask you to choose again.
07Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, law or our practices. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
